This series consists of a scrapbook relating to projects, membership events and social occasions. The scrapbook contains the charter dinner menu and agenda with a list of charter members (page no.3), uncaptioned photographs of the club members at work and play (page nos 4-6, 23, 26-39), newspaper clippings about club meetings, fund raising, and participation in events such as the Darwin Beer Can Regatta (page nos 8, 16, 49-55), one set of undated minutes (page 9), and a copy of 'The Apexian' national newsletter (page no.43). Newspaper clippings and photographs relating to a post Cyclone Tracy project appear in page nos 18-21, 41, and 43. These pages feature the Arafura, Nightcliff, and Darwin Apex Clubs working together in 1976 to rebuild Rose Lodge Cottage (pensioner flats) and hand them over to the Northern Territory Pensioner Association. Photographs identifying members include a handover dinner at Howard Springs Tavern (page nos 56-57), the national Apex convention in Alice Springs (page nos 58-59), and a progressive dinner with members of the Arafura and Darwin Apex clubs (page no.62). The volume contains 200 pages (page nos 63-200 are blank), with a blank alphabetical index book attached to the inside back cover.
